Order to delivery food.Food plays very important role when You sad because you need power to fight with your sadness and angry world :P

Think up nicknames for all your friends then text them and make fun with them.


Go to yoga class.Surrender and breathe deep.


Put on you favourite pair of high heels and walk up down your bed room

Plan a party with a theme that makes you feel really, really happy
